Used call a cab a couple of times this week and also used them in the past, going by this week our taxi has been on time once from Richhill to Portadown and once from Tandragee to Portadown, great getting the text saying your taxi is on the way plus the text when the taxi is outside, drivers pleasant and friendly.Would recommend. Mr K Cooper.
The most honest , reliable and friendly taxi firm . Highly recommend to anyone. .
Tbh there's no point claming to be the "premier taxi service "in town if you can not supply said service !
Waited from 1.35 am and were picked up at 1.55 am (by a very apologetic driver )
Your system is obviously not up to its job !!

Would give a 0 if I could! Absolutely awful service waited half an hour on a taxi that never appeared and when I phoned the company the woman was so rude and had very poor customer service skills, will not be back.
Phoned a taxi at 1am on Christmas Eve. The driver told me it would be an hour and a half wait. I understood giving the time of year there would be a long wait and double fairs. However getting home to my mom for Christmas was really important to me! So I waited ..2:45 came I phoned to check on my taxi. No answers . Then straight to voicemail after the 3rd call. I’m going to assume that’s me being hung up on. It’s now 3.06am no taxi and I won’t be spending Christmas eve at home. I would of went with another firm but now it’s to late .

I was advised this is the best taxi service in Portadown by a mile so I booked taxis with them for a whole week. I am not local and came up here for business purposes. I needed a reliable service to bring me to work on time. Taxis were booked for at least half hour before the start of my shift. The first day the cab was ordered I waited 15 min but I still ended up going ahead with my booking for the week. The second day I waited HALF hour making me leave at the time I was suppose to start work. If not for one very polite and lovely driver whom I met the first day on my journey to work I would not have picked this cab service again! But I gave them a second chance and guess what??? They were late again, claiming the driver was waiting for me. I can assure you- there was nobody there and anyway, it’s ok for me to be waiting like a tool for half hour for them to arrive but he couldn’t wait 2 min for customer to show up? I was sitting in a lobby with big glass entrance and one thing I can tell you is- nobody was there, as I came down way before my taxi was booked for! Silly excuses and very unreliable service. I would not recommend this company to nobody, especially people needing to be places on time. Even with that there was no offer of discount or anything as the driver has a meter and will be out of pocket and they blame the dispatcher... disaster!
