My son's favourite shop �� by the time we do 50 laps of the toy isles I'm ready to hit bob & berts which is my favourite place in Ballymena lol �

My Mother and I have been going to Camerons for our weekly outing for over 35 years, and although the layout of the store has changed over those years, the quality of goods, and service have remained the same high quality. Having a break in the coffee shop is like being among friends, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Love this store! Every time we visit we normally have coffee in the restaurant,. Staff are so helpful and friendly.

I was in today looking at a few prams, and the assistant Rosaline G (I hope iv the correct lady) couldn't have been more helpful and patient with me, I wanted to make sure I had made the right decision on picking my pram for my 7 month old daughter. So a massive thank you :)

I was in the coffee shop yesterday tried the Mars scones.. Very large scones and totally delicious, the tray bakes as usual are a good size and very tasty.. Staff as always very friendly and for a scone with butter, 2 tray bakes, a coffee and cold drink for less than £10 it's great value. My only tiny complaint is that there is only one size for a latte and I prefer a large coffee.

I visited Camerons today to buy a wedding gift, the friendliness of all staff was marvellous and the service was exceptional. The Staff looking after the wedding lists were fantastic, especially Helen, who navigated the list expertly and helped us to choose a suitable present. Not only did she help choose the present she then wrapped it and delivered it to us in the café, along with a gift card. Job done and not as daunting as it would have been without her. The Staff in the café were also excellent, very helpful and friendly. Thank-you everyone in Camerons for a lovely shopping experience.

Have always liked Cameron's. I live in Lisburn so don't get up very often but love it. Staf always very pleasant & helpful.

Great service, was in yesterday to buy a wedding gift and lady at the till was so helpful and friendly. I got a great deal in the sale and thought about buying a housewarming gift but couldn't get into ballymena, I called the shop and Liz checked what I wanted was still available, took my payment by phone and is holding until I can get into ballymena. I prefer shopping locally when service is like this �

Great place!! You can get anything! And most importantly you can get a Bible!!!

Great advice today in your garden department and we bought a beautiful Webber BBQ from a very helpful gentleman and at a super price thank you and we have the steaks already on and cooking !!!

Coming from Belfast I miss the department stores, just love to visit Camerons. Only complaint I have is the price of butter when I have a scone.

Always go to Camerons for a meal good selection and staff are very friendly

I was in this store yesterday purchasing toys for my grandchildren & have to say service was terrible. Staff really need to learn that customer service is something the public deserve, after all we're keeping them in a job

I approached 2 of Camerons sales assistants today stating that I had a receipt and gift receipt for an item given to me for Christmas. The response was 'Oh no we can't deal with that, the last day for dealing with that was 14th January'. 14th January, a random date???! I inspected my receipts, no returns policy or return by dates on it. I pointed this out to be told, 'we would normally write that on the receipt or tell our customers to do so, we can't do anything about that now....' I only wanted to change the bedroom slippers for a different size, and the same product was still in-store, but no one bothered to ask or even look at my receipt. I would expect better customer service from Camerons and am very disappointed.

Called in today around 2:00 p.m. and wanted to buy a ladies purse but not the display model. I asked the woman on the Estee Lauder counter if she could get me a new one and she sent me to the woman putting out the Christmas Cards and she said that was the last one. I think she just couldn't be bothered going to get me one. £49.99 sale lost and I won't be back with that unhelpful attitude. #justcan'tgetgoodstaff
