Campbell & Haughey Solicitors Ltd concentrate their services on commercial /domestic conveyancing, probate, litigation, criminal and family law.

Martin Campbell and Paul Haughey commenced practice on the 28th May 1978 in premises at 49 William Street, Lurgan. Martin had already acquired a wealth of experience as a conveyancer with the late Harry McPartland and subsequently with the recently deceased Paschal O’Hare. Paul had spent his apprenticeship largely in the field of criminal law. It was decided at an early stage that the firm would concentrate their services on commercial /domestic conveyancing, probate, litigation, criminal and family law.

Client centred, not costs driven.

Although the practice has grown to no less than six solicitors the focus remains on these key areas. The practice expanded successfully and relocated to the present premises at 85 William Street some twenty years ago. To mark the new location, (and facilitate anxious train goers), a clock was placed strategically outside. It remains in situ, always correct, and now incorporated as our logo.



We continue to serve our customers in a manner that is both personal and professional. We have embraced technology and communicate with our clients through emails, mobile phones and texts. We pride ourselves on being ‘client centred’ rather than ‘costs driven’ in the aspiration that this ultimately this leads to loyalty from clients and repeat business. Our progress over the years suggests that this is certainly the case.
