Can Pathways: Dream, Believe, Achieve

Can Pathways is a CAN project, providing support and guidance for young people living with learning disabilities in the Causeway and Antrim council areas.

Are you a young person with a learning disability that needs help planning for the future and the next step after school? 'Pathways' is a Compass Advocacy Network (CAN) project for children and young people with a learning disability living in the Causeway Coast & Glens and Mid & East Antrim council areas. The project which is funded by the Big Lottery Fund aims to help young people and their families move towards a new stage in the young person's life - adulthood.
