Six week fitness plan! Another training day recipe hit with the health hub group at Carrick YMCA. Tasty prawn, spinach and basil pasta followed by a frozen berry smoothie! All gone in seconds!
Six week fitness plan at Carrick YMCA! Last week the health hub group cooked up this "training day" beef broccoli and sweet potato stir fry! Also a blueberry and banana smoothie! Loaded with lean protein, carbohydrates and vitamins and antioxidants for a healthy immune system! It was delicious and devoured by everyone! Tomorrow we will be cooking a "Training day" prawn and spinach pasta and a frozen berry smoothie! Yummy!

TWO SPACES NOW AVAILABLE for bread making class (due to last minute cancellation) on Tuesday 28th June from 1-3.30pm at Carrick YMCA kitchen.
