We dined here on Saturday evening for the annual Game Night, there were 5 of us and we all agreed it was absolutely fantastic. I cannot compliment the food and staff enough. I have been to several game nights here over the years and this was by far the best so far, others on the night were of the same opinion, well done everyone!
We dined at Carrybridge Lodge a few weeks ago as we are regular boaters to the area, what a pleasant surprise as the establishment has recently been taken over. I can only say that I have never had a nicer meal! A taste explosion and have never had food the equal of it.. My husband and I look forward to returning next weekend as we would not pass.. Food, service and a warm welcome awaits us! Money well spent and totally satisfaction.. A credit to the new owners at Carrybridge Hotel.
Really lovely, food ,great variety to chose from, friendly staff, reasonable price, would recommend, will be back Thank you
On Sunday evening last .8 July.We had a most beautiful meal at this lovely location.
For the 2nd week running and this week it was even better than the last.
Food was absolutely EXCELLENT. And the service from the young ladies that served us was wonderful. Well done to all and we will see us a lot over the year .5*****.
Lovely food - lovely friendly staff and such a lovely setting just a few mile up the road, definitely be back 😁😁
I had the pleasure of travelling from Scotland to spend 3 nights at the lodges due to work. I was made to feel so welcome and treated so well by all staff. The food is outstanding and home cooked. On my first night unfortunately a local gentleman had gone missing and the lodge stayed opened all night as a base and place for people who were searching to come and have a hot drink or soup none of this disturbed us sleeping. A great sense and feeling of being treated as a member family. I would highly recommend the Carrybridge Lakeside Lodge and I am so glad my company booked me in here.
Here at carrybridge the staff are lovely and the best chef Stewart Crawford also the food is outstanding
Had a meal with mum & dad last night at Carrybridge and it was absolutely fantastic. A very welcome change to years gone by!! Fantastic bar and waitress service. Tipperary Steaks were amazing. Highly recommended - fantastic to have such good dining on our doorstep again. See you all soon.
Had a great night last night here for my husband's 40th the food was excellent and staff were great such a lovely cosy atmosphere would highly recommend this place for a party or just for a good meal Thank you all
Great food great staff
Great Food, Great Service and a beautiful view of the bridge and waterway. Well worth a visit by boat or by car. Wish Neil and the family every success.
Food was outstanding and service second to none. Staff couldn't do enough for me. I'm on a stick and was with my husband, who was watching our two autistic children like a hawk. The staff carried my plate and where very attentive. An alternative children's carvery menu, ie-: nuggets, burgers or pizza, would be fantastic. All in all we'll definately be back. Very impressed. Front of house staff member. A Young chap with a very warm smile, and the eyes to match,is a star. Extremely pleasant and was consistently so the whole time we were there.
Food was amazing
Made feel very welcome
A lovely spot to stop off for the day, so relaxing and lovely surroundings.
Next time il be sailing in on the boat

My dad and I noticed this place as we were driving past it. Later on in the day we drove back to find it as a restaurant. Service was very friendly and the food was good pub food. We liked the atmosphere and the views. Hoping to come back to stay here next time.
Recently went to Carrybridge for Sunday lunch. I was shocked at the overall cost of the meal for 2 adults and 3 kids aged 6,3 and 2. We had 2 x2 course meals for £14.95. 1 kids dinner for 6yr old £8.95!!!!! Also 3 yr olds baby bowl was charged at the same price - £8.95 and 2yr old baby bowl £1. Kids desserts were 2 x2 scoops of ice cream (very small scoops at that) £3 each and 1 baby scoop £1 plus a coffee. Total bill came to £58.30 - totally ridiculous. Food was nothing outstanding. Would have paid a lot less for us all in local hotel with lough side views. Certainly won't be rushing back there anytime soon!!!!
Nice place to pull up for a pint and staff friendly and polite. However a bowl of chips was £4.50!! Ridiculous prices!!
