🎉🎉 Great day at Castlewellan Show, stock bull Charlie takes Dexter Championship. We also got second in the cow class and fourth in the heifer class. In the food hall our dexter beef went down a treat. 😁

Wow what can I say we tried Castlecreens dexter burgers last night for the first time after buying a meat pack from Balmoral show. They are the best burgers I have had in an extremely long time the flavour is amazing this is what real burgers should taste like. I will be stocking up later when down at the show again. I can’t recommend enough.

Tried your dexter burgers this evening , after buying the last packet at game fair today , and they were amazing , delicious, shame u live so far away , but will hopefully c u out again soon ��

Tried some delicious samples at your stall today. Kids made me cook the vegetable roll as soon as we got home.....and truly, it is the best I have ever tasted. We will be back for more! !

This was the best beef I have ever eaten. Juicy, tender and full of flavour. Will be buying more from Comber Farmers Market this week.

They had me at first bite! After sampling the dexter beef sausage i simply had to buy some, just scarfed down three for our Sunday fry, sausages don't agree with me normally but these are a delight to taste, eat and savour. No bloaty after effects for me! Fabulous!

Purchased some beautiful topside for a local food hosting day. In my opinion it was the star or the show. A true beef flavour.

Just had a try of the chump steak at their stall in the NI open and it was great!! After one bite I had to buy two for dinner this evening. I'm a big fan of steak and this is well worth it.

Just had Castlescreen Dexter beef at the WorldHost Food Ambassador course. Stunning piece of meat, melts like roast veg with a solid beef taste.

I purchased some Dexter beef burgers at the Causeway Speciality market today and I was blown away by the quality, flavour and by just how much beef was actually in the burgers! I pan fried them and there was zero fat in the pan when they were done. Definitely a top quality product.

I had the opportunity to try a sirloin steak. And they had to be one of the best steaks I have had. Great flavour and texture. Will be trying some of the other products.

I bought two sirloin steaks along with sausages and vegetable roll at Tyrone Farmers market in Dungannon. The sirloins were absolutely delicious!! So tender and flavoursome, I can't wait to try the rest of my purchases.

Hands down some of the best beef I've ever had. The burgers are succulent, flavorful, and really need nothing added as they shine on their own. The brisket, slow-cooked in a stew, is nutty, creamy, and moreish. Some of the best vegetable roll I've ever had the pleasure to eat too. Worth the drive down just to pick it up and I'll be keeping up with any fairs they appear at. A real treasure.

Had a family dinner, 4 people and beautiful dexter burgers, delicious, juicy and super tasty. Thanks Jackie and Damien. Would definitely recommend

Got some Chump steak at the Skiffie races at Delamont and it was great! ordered 6 fillet steaks today and Jackie and Damien were just great! brilliant meat and brilliant customer service! won't be my last time ordering from them!

First class beef, we cooked a topside roast this evening it was super tasty succulent definitely worth a try if you see castlescreen farm shop out and about �

Fantastic tour of the farm and tasted the delicious Dexter burgers / sausages and vegetable roll..... loved meeting Charlie and Catskin the bulls..... can’t wait to let my family try the burgers I have brought home 10/10

Bought some burgers at the Open Farm Weekend and they are soooo good! Lean and extremely tasty and so much better than any shop-bought premium beef burgers or any you'll get in the butchers - will be back for more!
