Rubbish NHS here behind the times.Had a referral appointment for podiatry for my son ,we went over the necessary work and history,not what i expected they told us have to wait for another appointment to do surgery and left my 15 year old with sore in growing toe nails on both feet.

I recently had major surgery at this hospital. The staff from consultants to cleaners could not have been more friendly. The nurses were helpful knowledgeable and kind. If you had to choose a hospital you really couldn't do better than picking Causeway, Coleraine.

I am always was treated with kindness and care. Very competent staff. I love this hospital

Very careless staff. Told me I had a little infection because of inflammation levels (which in my case are always high anyway!) I'm on lithium and aripiprazole and they gave me strong antibiotics which moderately interact with my meds. My GP was very unhappy with this and told me to bin the antibiotics altogether in case they cause more serious harm to me. If I ever need to go to hospital I'll be heading to Antrim. Hopefully they understand how dangerous lithium can be when taking incompatible antibiotics! Haven't helped at all.

This emergency room gave me excellent care -on a Sunday to boot!- for a broken wrist situation I experienced as a result of a hiking accident. The doctors especially were terrific and very skilled at treating my injury. I could not have gotten better treatment. Thank you!

Waiting times can be hap-hazard in A&E but well looked after when seen.

We been to the hospital for four nights now and could not be seen.

Please accept my gratitude for wonderful care. I fell at The Giant's Causeway and was brought by ambulance with another tourist who had fallen for care of head injury. Everyone from the ambulance attendants to the nurses and doctor in triage gave their time and attention to us. We are from Canada and were on a cruise ship so we needed to find our way back to Belfast. The staff including the receptionist expedited our care and I wish to thank each and every staff member. A frightening experience was made less so because of the professionalism of everyone we were in contact with.
