The staff are friendly and really helpful keeping the cost low for my partner, as had full house to do. Garth was able to arrange carpet for a room that is bigger than normal carpet, so not to be put down in two parts. Thanks guys.

So delighted with our lovely new carpets. Great help and advice from Mark in choosing from the vast and gorgeous ranges. Very professional service and delivery and fitting couldn't have been better. Best Wishes for the new branch on the Lisburn Rd. �

Recently had 2 sets of stairs and landings carpeted and also 2 rooms fitted with vinyl. ..From ordering in the shop, then getting measured up to the fitting all the guys were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I’m am very pleased with the work carried out and the quality of it also the prices were amazing!! I will definitely be using CFC flooring in the future and would highly recommend them.. But Mark simplifies those choices to precise requirements that resulted in the perfect job for our home. Also, Tom fitted specialist flooring in our business today, including rebuilding the floor beneath, which is stunning!!! Thank you so much �

I'm not one for writing reviews but feel I must. My mum always shopped here and when I was old enough to have my own home, I started shopping here to. I have never, ever met nicer people. They have such nice mannerisms. They are never giving it 'the hard sell' which I love. Even when there was a slight mix up with my last purchase of carpet, they admitted their fault and immediately rectified the situation.

Had a floor put down in my kitchen and the job done was absolutely fantastic. The staff in the shop were very helpful and the man who put the floor down was really good. Nothing was of any hassle and he worked really quickly and cleaned any mess. He was an absolute gentleman and great at his work. Thanks to all at CFC.

Floor still looks great 2yrs down in a very busy home. Fella John did a great job at laying my floor. Very reasonably priced and a great selection. Definitely recommend this Company

Amazing! I had a large floor fitted on monday 25th september by a guy called Darren. His work was professional and outstanding. He was courteous and very easy to welcome into my home. Mine is a very old house and it wasnt easy but he made no complaints and its the best job anyone has ever made of this floor. Its like a showroom now. Thank you CFC and thank you Darren. Very disappointed.. we have never had a problem before the service and the guys who fit the carpets are brilliant.. but today unfortunately we discovered the manager isn’t so helpful in fact he nearly had my mother in tears.. she asked how much it would cost for a cream carpet for bedroom the man said ok we can guesstimate this one just to calculate the cost.. he gave price she paid and needless to say the carpet he was using to guesstimate was fitted instead.. totally different colour no cream at all.. the manager said well what do you want me to do tuff that’s the carpet you ordered she explains what happened and he said maybe you seen it in a different light and it’s your mistake!!

The carpet fitted is grey and black!!!

So beware and take a photo to prove what you’ve ordered as for my mother she’s left devastated with wrong carpet and the managers patronised comments ringing in her ears..

The guys dealing with your order are great but the fitters are messy, and didnt even do the job correctly the lino is already lifting and all the edges you can see under the lino which isnt professional, they did my wooding flooring for me which was a great job cleaned up after himself. But the guys that did the lino terrible left all cuts all over the place and threw rubbish in the bath. Unprofessional job.

Firstly, even though I made a booking, it wasn't booked in. Although they managed to fit me in, if they had not I would have wasted a days pay. The joiners that fitted the carpets were rude, and originally tried to charge us extra before I confirmed with the shop. Lovely carpet but I won't be using the service again.

At the beginning good instore service. Bad communication between carpet fitters and shop. Measured the wrong room and then had to wait another week for fitting. Fitters arrived and they couldnt lay a floor between them. Carpet left in a mess with no divider. Carpet was left loose and not properly laid at all such a health and safety issue. Ridiculous customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. Carpet fitters giving the shop a bad name. CFC couldnt care about the service given to their customers. Worst service to date.

The guys dealing with your order are great but the fitters are messy, and didnt even do the job correctly the lino is already lifting and all the edges you can see under the lino which isnt professional, they did my wooding flooring for me which was a great job cleaned up after himself. But the guys that did the lino terrible left all cuts all over the place and threw rubbish in the bath. Unprofessional job.

The joiners that fitted the carpets were rude, and originally tried to charge us extra before I confirmed with the shop. Lovely carpet but I won't be using the service again.

Fitters arrived and they couldnt lay a floor between them. Carpet left in a mess with no divider. Carpet was left loose and not properly laid at all such a health and safety issue. Ridiculous customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. Carpet fitters giving the shop a bad name. CFC couldnt care about the service given to their customers. Worst service to date.

Would highly recommend cfc to everyone. Really helpful and pleasant staff. My 7 year old is so happy with his new flooring in his bedroom xxx

The staff are friendly and really helpful keeping the cost low for my partner, as had full house to do. Garth was able to arrange carpet for a room that is bigger than normal carpet, so not to be put down in two parts. Thanks guys.

Recently had 2 sets of stairs and landings carpeted and also 2 rooms fitted with vinyl. ..From ordering in the shop, then getting measured up to the fitting all the guys were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I’m am very pleased with the work carried out and the quality of it also the prices were amazing!! I will definitely be using CFC flooring in the future and would highly recommend them.. I'm not one for writing reviews but feel I must. My mum always shopped here and when I was old enough to have my own home, I started shopping here to. I have never, ever met nicer people. They have such nice mannerisms. They are never giving it 'the hard sell' which I love. Even when there was a slight mix up with my last purchase of carpet, they admitted their fault and immediately rectified the situation.

Had a floor put down in my kitchen and the job done was absolutely fantastic. The staff in the shop were very helpful and the man who put the floor down was really good. Nothing was of any hassle and he worked really quickly and cleaned any mess. He was an absolute gentleman and great at his work. Thanks to all at CFC.

Amazing! I had a large floor fitted on monday 25th september by a guy called Darren. His work was professional and outstanding. He was courteous and very easy to welcome into my home. Mine is a very old house and it wasnt easy but he made no complaints and its the best job anyone has ever made of this floor. Its like a showroom now. Thank you CFC and thank you Darren. Been using this company for at least 25yrs have had so many rooms done in my house over the years never have a problem and I'm delighted once again with my new stair carpet reasonably priced and fitted well ���� I shall be bk lol ���

Very disappointed.. we have never had a problem before the service and the guys who fit the carpets are brilliant.. but today unfortunately we discovered the manager isn’t so helpful in fact he nearly had my mother in tears.. she asked how much it would cost for a cream carpet for bedroom the man said ok we can guesstimate this one just to calculate the cost.. he gave price she paid and needless to say the carpet he was using to guesstimate was fitted instead.. totally different colour no cream at all.. the manager said well what do you want me to do tuff that’s the carpet you ordered she explains what happened and he said maybe you seen it in a different light and it’s your mistake!!

The carpet fitted is grey and black!!!

So beware and take a photo to prove what you’ve ordered as for my mother she’s left devastated with wrong carpet and the managers patronised comments ringing in her ears..
