Went in to have a few adjustments made to my bike. Ended up getting a proper bike fit. Staff very attentive & genuinely interested in getting it right. They spent time & got me comfy on my bike again! Thank you so much Brendan & John.

Was in at 5:30 ish today 27/7/16 as I was stuck and needed bearings for rear hub supplied and fitted. The service guy at the desk advised he had no slots until Friday but went out of his way to see if it could be looked at while I was there. The mechanic took off my cassette and removed bearings but hadnt the exact size so put it back together and asked if id like to order bearings etc. Absolute top notch service, please tell the lads I said thanks a million again!

Top marks been shopping in chain reaction for years now this shop is great service friendly,got loads of stock if they haven't got it it be in Doagh

I had two bikes worked on there last week and they did a great job-the staff are brilliant,friendly, can't do enough and great selection of stock too!

Cheers to james crilly helping my son get home from helens tower yesterday, gave him a new tube as he got a puncture and was caught out without a new tube to fix it! 5/5 for helpfulness

Came all the way over from Canada. Had to pop in and say hi. Great staff and a great store. The selections of bikes and accessories was amazing.

Went into the store to buy a bell (ding ding ,) and asked the man at the till where I could find them he response see then double doors down at the back rap them and when someone comes out tell them to give you a bell when I asked how much he said it's free how's that for service it's nice that a big company can still give the personal touch thank you very much you made my daughter very happy (oh and it was for her rollator)not a bike

I left my bike in for its first service. I picked it up yesterday but on the way home the (new} chain starting sticking. I phoned and they said to bring it back today.

I did that, they took it in and fixed it. Plus a I got a cup of tea while I wandered round the shop waiting.

Plus I got some advice on chain maintenance while I was there.

Bike fit this morning with Brendan. After a rocky start re times I was really impressed with level of service and knowledge. Bike feels 100% better. Previously was a bit sceptical of them but based on today will deffo be in the mix for next bike purchase!

Was charged £30 to bleed my brakes . Got the bike home and they where no better.

Bought myself a kit to do the job myself and the fluid was turning black and obviously had not been touched

Won't be back plenty of other shops to choose from that won't make me wait a week for a job that was never done

Outrageous company!! Ordered a bike and mudguards, mess up from start to finished. Bike arrived though it’s a wonder how as my address details weren’t on it, it arrived after a letter to say the sorting office were holding it after nobody answered, they never knocked but it turned up anyway, mudguards apparently damaged in transit and sent back, then sent again and returned with a message saying we refused it. We didn’t. Yodel then said they didn’t have any details and to contact chain reactions. We did, then were told they’d send out next day service with a different courier. Wait at home today as it was ‘out for delivery’ but tracking now said it was refused again. Both items a gift, one hasn’t arrived. Will never ever trust this place again. Disgraceful customer service!!!

I would just like to pass onto Matthew from CC that I bought the lockout lever that was supposed to come with my forks from Singletrack bikes.



I understand buying ‘Sale’ item there could be an issue in the future for say, servicing etc. But I did not expect to receive my goods missing the very thing that makes them functional in the capacity they were designed for.



Not supplying a shock pump (which comes as standard with DT Swiss )I also questioned which was answered,was a minor issue but absolutely no mention in the reply about the missing lockout.
