Next in the line up we want to introduce you to Leogang Liquid Energy, our Ethiopian Sidamo coffee beans. The Ethiopian coffee beans will give you a wild aroma, with rich sweet flavour notes of berries, and stoned fruits. Ideal if you're looking for a sweet, bright and smooth coffee.
The washed or wet process as it can also be known, refer to the use of a machine that removes the outer layer of skin and is then fermented in water for at least one to two days. After the ferme...ntation process, the bean is then washed from its mucilage after it has released its aroma.
The G2 signifies that the beans have been washed and then graded based on their defects. For this region the G2 grade is very common.
What is Leogang? Leogang was one of the first bikeparks in Europe and continues to be the largest! It caters for a huge portion of MTB disciplines and abilities. Our Bike Park Plasma beans have been carefully selected from the Chalabal Estrella farm in Guatemala. The Guatemalan beans will give you a sweet, nutty and chocolatey taste.
