Hursts at Sydenham I have used them for the last 5 yrs. Michael looks after the motorcycle tyres is very knowledgeable and will give the best advice. I use 3 sets a year on the bike a bmw gsa R1200 and have tried many different makes . Totally recommend Hursts and always a good price.

I went today straight from test centre as my car failed MOT with left headlight set too low...got to Charles Hurst as told to go there by few people who had got both lights aligned for £10.00...i thought well i only need 1 done but dont mind paying a tenner....my bill for a roughly 3-4min job was £18.00...i think that was very expensive....dont think i wuld reccommend anybody to visit here... Sorry...disappointed customer....

Very poor service received on Monday at the Sydenham Road branch.



Dropped in on Monday to have someone look under my car to find out that I had a broken spring on the front drivers side.



I was left sitting in the waiting area for over an hour not knowing what was going on until I heard a young fella on the phone trying to source a price for the part. I waited a further 30 mins without any update.



I’m then told they were struggling to source the part - the guy took my number and assured me that he would contact me via telephone to let me know when my car could be fixed....



Today is Thursday and I’ve still not heard a thing! Clearly not interested in my business and as a result, will not be back!

Rang @ 930 as i needed 2 particular tyres for mot. Told they had 1 in stock and 1 in another branch. They were to confirm that the other branch had it. Waited all day then rang back to be told they had it but wouldnt have it in till Monday (2 days after mot) as it has to be lifted and brought back to belfast then sent out. Maybe if this had been done first thing the tyre would have been here in time? Who knows! Im sure your competitors will enjoy my business instead �
