Hi everyone. It's just a wee admin post... Please can folks keep in mind that a cake is NOT confirmed until a deposit has been received, unless I say specifically that I have put the date in my diary.
Also, can folks please bear in mind that if they have not received a reply from an email or a private message within 24 hours - it's most likely because I haven't received it. I have had an issue with emails being sent to my charmedbakehouse@gmail.com with some going straight i...nto my spam folder and not into my inbox. I always try to get back to folks promptly within 24 hours of receiving a message unless I am away from home for trips when sometimes it is within 48 hours. If I havent got back to folks within a day or two, please try me on my mobile number - 07545952284.
Additionally I have had some intermittent problems recently accessing my messages on my Facebook business page and I have been delayed in getting back to folks. Apologies for this.
Can I please also ask people as well... if ringing my mobile, pease can I politely ask to not ring after 8pm in the evening. I have had people ringing my mobile recently at late hours of the evening, with some calls at 1am with voicemails being left.

Quiet week this week with cupcakes for the weekend and a day of wedding consultations. Last week was busy with 72 cupcakes and 4 cakes (pictured below). Hope everyone is having a great week so far.

Did you know.........in the last two years Charmed Bakehouse has been a finalist in the Northern Ireland Wedding Awards. In 2018 we even won our region!!

Hi everyone. Thanks to all those who gave me well wishes for last night. The competition was fierce this year and unfortunately I missed out on the 2019 award. Congratulations to those businesses who won their categories. It was still such an achievement to be nominated so thanks again to all those who nominated me and to everyone for your continued support. It was good to get glammed up and have a nice evening out with the hubby so thank you.
