NO RECEIPT – NO EXCHANGE
You must have a valid receipt when goods are returned & deemed not suitable, an exchange will be offered, not a refund.
Faulty items must be returned within 14days of purchases with a valid receipt for an exchange or refund, after that time only an exchange will be offered. Fair wear and tear or misuse is not a fault.
There is no refund or exchange on Fascinators, hats & some items of jewellery.
