Shredded chilli chicken was so dry.Reheated chips...ordered bbq ribs and got Chinese flavoured.. Noodles were awful, burned and dry meal.. Was discusted with the food..

This place was not great to begin with but since they changed owners the food is delicious, well priced and the staff are lovely always happy to help!

I don't normally do capslock but DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. AVOID.
This isn't a one-star establishment, we're talking negative stars. AVOID.
I don't care if you've just escaped North Korea and you're on the verge of literal starvation, you're better off catching a rat out of the gutter and munching on his tail.

First; if you're gonna sell a bottle of Coke for £3.50 a bottle, do yourself a favour and don't send out bottles that say "£1.79 or 2 for £2.75" on them.

Second; Mushrooms, onions, and peas (while all good and well and great ingredients) do not on their own make a sweet and sour. You need peppers, carrots, baby corn, runner beans, pineapple, beansprouts. Likewise, the sauce shouldn't be watered down to the point that the entire dish tastes of absolutely nothing. The watery mushroom, pea, and onion juice was rancid, even after I dumped salt and chilli flakes in there.

The noodles gave off a very odd smell and felt (and looked) as if they were made of rubber. The chips gave off a similarly offputting smell and felt and tasted like they were made out of a dish sponge.

Now, I'm from Manchester. I've eaten some truly dire takeaways in my time. This tops them all. It's not even edible food, and I can only assume that the positive reviews for this place come from extremely drunk, stoned, or otherwise inebriated students and possibly one or two aliens who've never actually seen human food before.

When I phoned the restaurant to request a refund (as I would if I was served this in a face-to-face restaurant) I was greeted by a man who sounded as though he'd just woken up. He was very rude, tried to hang up on me several times during the course of the conversation, seemingly thinking the issue was resolved, didn't seem to understand much of what I was saying, eventually DID hang up on me after saying "alright alright I'll phone my boss" and... that's the last I've heard from them.

I had to order food from another takeaway, (I had nothing in my cupboards and was extraordinarily hungry, having spent 5 days unable to eat due to the flu: if a five-day fast can't make your food taste good, you know there's a problem) and will be phoning JustEat customer service in the morning to arrange a refund.
