Absolutely terrible. A couple had a full on argument because they'd paid for their order and it wasn't written down. I stood waiting while this was going on, then when the idiots behind the counter eventually got round to serving other customers they completely ignored me and served 4 girls (who I assume where friends of theirs as they literally walked up to the counter while I was there and got served straight away!) I pointed this out to the idiots behind the counter and they blanked me, so I walked out. The owners need to get their act together and employ reliable staff instead of clueless idiots!
