I believe that people want to train with a Personal Trainer for many different reasons and that no matter what your reason is, it's my duty be there to help motivate and support you on every step of your journey.

I feel I am quite unique within the Fitness Industry as I have spent 12 years working in the Great Outdoors as an Instructor in many different disciplines. My experience allows me to work with people closely and I will be there on the journey with you every step of the way. My qualifications and experience allow me to take my clients on unique training camps in the mountains, on the rock, in the river or on some of our many amazing Mountain Biking trails around the country.

I currently operate my PT classes from Fit4less Lisburn and am really invested in running HIT Machine classes for groups of up to 4 clients at a time. These small classes ensure a quality of training in a fun, safe and supportive environment.

I also run circuit classes, boot camps and max interval training classes.
If your involved in a sports team why not do one of our Sports Specific Programmes or bring your team on a training camp weekend in Rostrevor where we will blend sports specific training, team bonding, outdoor activities and conditioning classes which will give your team that killer edge.

My aim is to allow you to become the best version of yourself, a fitter, healthier, happier you.

Active IQ Level 3 Personal Trainer
Active IQ Level 3 in Nutrition
Level 5 Professional Diploma in Sports and Exercise Nutrition

Tonight finished up Larkfield Netball Club first 4 week Strength and Conditioning programme!
Huge effort put in by all the girls and there were some great gains made. Its great to see these young women continuing on with their sport and I feel they are an inspiration to all young women out there who might find it difficult to keep it on after the leave school etc.

Having been a player at Lisburn for years, it's a real privilege to help lead in the next stage of the club's development & in it's plans for the future.

I find it #amazing that a #group of people who were strangers a week ago, can come #together, work together, #support each other, lift each other up (literally sometimes😂) and get through some hard but fun sessions. I've been using Chris both as a PT as well as recently completing a 6 week boot camp. I cannot praise highly enough the effort Chris puts in to all his work with his clients. He gave me varied plans to follow as well as giving me dietary advice. Each session was different and he spent time explaining the basis of why we were performing the exercises each night. His boot camp was very intense, very hard but very enjoyable, he used the natural environment perfectly to create a series of exercises designed to bring out the best in you, this didn't happen by accident, its clear that Chris really prepared in advance for the sessions and put a lot of thought into each one. Its the enthusiasm, encouragement and humour that Chris brings to each session however which means I cant wait for the next camp.

I started a 10 week programme with Chris and I’m currently on week 7! Chris is very knowledgable which is evidenced each week with the variety of exercises and training I’ve been put through! No session is the same! Having very dodgy knees Chris was able to get inventive and vary my workouts to ensure there was no unnecessary pressure on the knees and I have still been able to build my leg muscles over this time! I’ve been looking to lose fat and build muscle and strength and Chris has helped me to achieve just that, with sessions still to go! My shape has changed considerably already and I will without a doubt be looking to continue sessions with Chris to get closer to my overall goal! He is always able to put a smile on your face even when you want to kill him! Would highly recommend him to anyone and look forward to booking further sessions in the future!

Chris is an excellent PT. He goes out of his way to help all members of the gym with their exercises, assisting with their form lifting weights, nutrition etc. He is very approachable and extremely knowledgeable. He clearly loves he industry.
