I am a Strength & Conditioning Coach with a real passion for improving my athletes' performances. I am currently working with Coleraine FC, Coagh FC & BUHC

Ballamena Hockey Club. My junior athletes play for Coleraine FC Academy, Ballymoney FC, Limavady, Bertie Peacocks & Dalriada RFC. Over the years I have tailored programmes designed to suit each individual athlete, their training goals, in turn making them a more powerful, stronger and faster athlete.
