Was at Crufts 2018. Went to your stall and bought a 5 ltr bottle dog shampoo a 500 ml bottle of different dog shampoo a shampoo mixing bottle. I was given a free pump for the 5 ltr bottle and another mixing bottle for free. All staff were very helpful with my questions too. Thank you so much. Is it wrong to be so excited about a set of clippers? I’m only a pet owner rather than professional groomer so I won’t be a regular customer but the lady on the phone still spent time checking that my choice of clipper was right for me and my dogs. We settled on Andis AGC super 2 speed corded and 3 blades and they’ve already to been put to (reasonably!) good use! Thankyou.

I rang the helpline fully expecting to have difficulty as I was looking for a refund but I couldnt have had a nicer experience, everybody that I spoke to was so nice and helpful. My refund was processed and all sorted with no hassle. It's nice to know that there is great customer service available at Christies Direct.

First time ordering from Christies!

I had ordered the new saphir heiniger clippers.

After trying to track it yodel had left a message to contact the supplier. When i rang christies they said it had been 'refused' they asked me to contact yodel and when i couldnt get past the automated machine they were so much help!

They said they would chase yodel, and call me back. Late on monday afternoon the line wasnt great due to the storm. But by tuesday lunchtime they had rang me and sent out a new parcel.

I was kept up to date the whole time and today i recieved them. 10 days start to finish cant grumble considering one parcel is missing somewere.

Definately be ordering again! And very helpful and apologetic for the missing clippers!

Bought a set of wahl Bravmini trimmers in January.



I had a few problems with them, spoke to Emma and I sent them back to be looked at. At every point Emma has been amazing and kept me well informed with what was happening.



Today I received a new set of trimmers as there was a fault with my original ones. Thank you so much for all your help and support. Fantastic customer service.

Always received 100% customer service and honest impartial advise keep up the good work guys.

There needs to be more help with choosing sizes ie. State a rough top size I.e size 10 = small or xs etc so you have a better idea what to order. Postage was really fast delivery but quite expensive - without a catalogue which was 'free' the postage cost would have been much less as my flat small item should have been a very small parcel on its own. Besides that I look forward to ordering from here again as they have lots of products to choose from. Lady on the phone was helpful too :)

The return policy seems to be quiet difficult and I am bummed out that they won’t be able to pay the cost of postage. Shipping will cost the same yet more just to send it back. I will continue to purchase other products from them because of the fast response. Life lesson learn, before putting in an order read all reviews and make sure your 100% before purchasing.

My feedback is about your policy regarding clipper wires (andis clippers) think im on my 3rd faulty wire - they have a weak spot where the wire joins the clippers - the wire isnt covered by warranty so its another send off and be repaired and pay for the repair. I dont wrap the wire - they are hung in a clipper holder when not being used. Ive seen loads of groomers now slating andis, the weak wire and that it isnt covered in warranty...the clippers are a few months old...

As someone who is fairly new to grooming, I decided to get started with a few pairs of scissors. I bought three, all of which arrived with dog hair, a rubbed off pattern and were very stiff. I sent them back and got a refund with no problems.

I then bought a pair of straights and a pair of safety scissors. They're both great, but the safety scissors came with a finger insert missing. I messaged Christies to let them know, and they agreed to send the missing insert. Imagine my surprise when I get a pair in the post that are the wrong colour and the wrong size! I messaged Christies (again) and got a reply asking me to double check because they "should fit." I've given up now and bought my own inserts, from another website. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because Steffan was so helpful when I didn't know which scissors to choose, but it's safe to say I won't be buying from this company again.

I have shopped with Christies before and found them expensive, however they had a grooming table exclusive to them that ticked all my boxes. When I ordered it as part of a £1700 order, I was sad to hear it was discontinued, I could not take the next size up as I do not have space. After discussing the lack of space the salesman went away to find a solution. To my surprise and delight he came back to me to say he had a refurb of the table I wanted. On arrival I eagerly unwrapped the table and put it in place only to find it was the larger model and so it blocked the door to my only holding crate. Christies resolution to this was to offer to SELL me a smaller crate at £15 off a saving of 30%. Get real!

Groomers Beware

Bought the Blo i900 Dryer in March 2018. The first one was faulty out of the box and was replaced. The second one seemed to be ok until 12 weeks later when it stopped working again I received a replacement and again it was faulty out if the box. The response from the company who manufacture the dryer was less than satisfactory with there attitude being very poor and zero customer service (I think they have forgotten their grass roots and their loyal N Ireland customers who have made them who they are) . I have lost 4 days work over this dryer and I know we can all be unlucky with electrical products but 3 times is more than a coincidence.

MY ADVICE STAY CLEAR OF THE CHRISTIES BLO RANGE!!!!
