Before the storm.... I struggled with this one today.. think its the heat!🌞🌞🌞 Using my absolute favouite palette of blues , turquoises and purples... Hopefully Ive created the essence of how wild it can be here in the North of Ireland...I've added lots of texture to help suggest the turbulent nature of our shores! There are Big changes going on at the moment !!!! BIG changes!!!
... Cant believe Im actually saying this but ... Its finally time to say farewell to my textile art (Smudge) and focus more on my painting... I have loved creating art with my sewing machine and old scraps of material and cant believe it's been almost 8 years since I first started. As an artist I have been continually experimenting and evolving and am loving this exciting new chapter in my creative journey. My true passion has always been to paint....so thats what Im going to do!!
I hope you will stay connected and keep supporting me on my new journey, as I couldnt do this without you!
PS I am still accepting textile art commissions until the end of April but after then, no more!!!
