Not happy with your returns policy !! Any other shop will give you a credit note or an exchange if something is unsuitable!! My husband shops here, as I do myself but my husband does a big shop three times a year and spends between £600/£800 . As he is a very busy business man he doesn't shop that often. But a pair of jeans that were unsuitable at £55 he went to the loss of because he had no receipt and it was more then two weeks since he purchased his items. Now now one explained to us the returns or non return policy, am sorry to say this as I don't mean to get anyone into trouble. But I really really think your returns policy is ridiculous!! Plus I also forgot my points card today and only to be told that I couldn't keep my receipt to get the points added on next time am in shopping !!! Absolutely fuming ! Am sorry but id like to think your a 5 star beautiful shop ,, but totally totally disagree with the way your customers are treated with your policy regarding returns, exchanges and the points card like I mentioned !
