Bought a beautiful dress for a wedding on Saturday.(after ordering about Β£4000 of dresses online in other shops & sending them back) Staff were so helpful & friendly got lots of comments on how lovely i looked. Bought a formal dress before which was also fab. Another plus is they make sure to take the details of the wedding / formal so you dont have the embarrassment of someone turning up in the same dress!! Will be back x

Staff extremely unhelpful, didn't feel welcome in the shop.
Manager needs some people skills and learn to control staff , customer assistant needs people skills also.
I'm still waiting on contract from the shop owner two weeks later
Brutal customer service.. staff very unfriendly. Will never go into this shop again.
