CJM Electrical was established in 2005, based on a sole trader who mainly worked as a sub-contractor for Larger companies, Rotary, Weir & McQuiston, Adair & Milliken, JD McGeown to name a few.
Lately i have moved to secure my own work due to the lack of larger contracts, working with various building firms I am engaged mainly in the Domestic sector doing new builds, re-furbishments, extensions, attic conversions and kitchens.
As I am a sole trader, with more staff avalible to demand, i have low overheds which means i can pass on compedetitive rates to my clients.
I carry full Public Liabillity Insurance to the value of £2, 000, 000. 00
I offer a full guarantee with all installations (with the normal terms and conditions)

We also carry out on average around 5 gas boiler controls jobs per week. Ranging from both domestic and commercial.
Coffee shop recently refurbished in belfast, not the best photos as other trade works still to be completed . Using led lighting we were able offer the customer with a functional and efficient lighting system with predicted running costs of as little as £250 per year. Will have to call in when it's complete to get some better pictures and hopefully some free coffee 😉

Existing 10 400w low bay lights costing £1,413 per year to run replaced with 12 x 5 foot 24w led fluorescent fittings costing an amazing £122 per year to run. Maths bit will be in the comments. The savings in costs means that this job will in time, pay for itself ☺
