The park is very easy to get around, with customised gravel pathways and easy access to all areas, including our most popular attraction. . . the Reptile House! There are toilets (including a disabled toilet) and dedicated handwashing stations on site.

Animal handling sessions go on throughout the day, every day! Everyone has the opportunity to touch or hold a variety of animals, including snakes, lizards, rabbits, guinea pigs, tortoises, tarantulas and more, depending on the day.
Our knowledgeable staff will be on hand to educate you on proper handling techniques and answer all of your fantastic questions about our range of animals and the work we do here!

We recognised some familiar faces in the new movie "Zoo"! ❤️ We had great fun with some of our animals on the set. If you haven't seen it yet you should give it a watch; it's great! Based on Belfast Zoo! 😀

This is one of the stranger animals we have at the Park! It's a tailess whip scorpion! 🦂😱
It is neither a scorpion or a spider and differs from the other arachnids as it uses only six of its limbs to walk rather than eight. The front pair are instead very long sensory organs. In spite of its rather scary appearance, it is in fact totally harmless and does not have venom glands or a sting. 😀 #funfactfriday

We went today to C&J Aminal farm and we've been to a few with our 2 boys, well this place just blew our mind, staff were exceptionally polite, yet not in your face and they knew and were very informative about the animals, our oldest lad got holding the bunny rabbit, turquoise, and snake.

A wonderful place to bring the kids and i must admit i loved it myself as did Karen my wife.

Great day out for the family and we will be back, don't miss this place, well worth a wee trip.

Just spent a couple of hours in c&js animal park and it was fantastic! Kids loved it, staff super friendly and knowledgeable! So many different types of animals, most of which we were allowed to hold! Will definitely be back and recommend to our friends and family! We were at a loss as to what to do this afternoon and here was a fab find!!

Thank you guys! X

Fab wee place, went today and took my 2.5 year old son and we both enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and answered all questions about the animals, they brought out many for us to hold and pet. My son enjoyed feeding and petting the ducks goats and chickens and he got to pet lizards bullfrog's and a tarantula can't wait to come back again later on in the summer to see all the other outdoor paddocks ready as the staff were very busy doing maintenance work to them
