Cleanwells were great, A*** service. Staff very friendly & attentive. They removed a black permanent marker stain the size of a 50p on a cream sofa cover for £5 :) :) :) Many thanks again!! Got turned away from another laundrette who said they couldn't remove the stain & that it could possibly get worse.

Just picked up my washing and, due to total incompetence, was mixed with somebody else's washing. Therefore, I had to pick through, extracted the other person's belongings and at the same time, had listen to the monologue of personal thumb injury of staff member, who caused the problem. Her problem is nothing to do with me, especially when you pay premium price for a simple wash. Additionally, we were told that the other person also had opportunity to go through our clothes (including my wife's underwear). No refund, no apology, no nothing; not acceptable.
