Suggested some great dairy free options for me and made sure everything was within my reach as I nursed my baby. But a changing area would be the cream on the cake!

Stopped here on Lisburn road with my wife and 2 young sons. Mainly due to the fact cafe nero was full but so glad we did. Great coffee, great muffin, great space in the baby change, Great comfy seats and about £4 cheaper than cafe nero. The two servers were great and I'm glad we stumbled upon this little gem.

Missing you and Belfast as a whole. Hope to return for a visit in the near future

I was in your Botanic store yesterday for a meeting and i left my sunglasses behind and the woman behind the counter was nice enough to keep them for me and i didn't even have to ask for them back upon my return with pained eyes from the sunshine. Top notch staff. Also your green tea is awesome.

Great service and good, strong coffee - only complaint is that the lovely scones sell out too quickly

Clements are ok Anyway now that I've learnt that a previous employer has moved in between/close to 2 Clements shops I can see why big Jeff the manager was soooooo keen for me to leave and go to work in a nice area called Ballyhack. Imagine how awkward it would have been for me if I had stayed in the MBC. His conscience saved me from the situation.

This is the third time staff have left us waiting outside for far too long . To order and too pay, no point encouraging people with prams or dogs to stop there as you never provide a good service. We won't be stopping again.

Very poor service. Very dear. Buns don't look fresh as they r uncovered. I think 2.15,for a cup of tea is wild.

Just visited this morning for a quick americano to be met with the surliest Batista I have ever met at your Donegall Square East shop. Having worked my fair share of 5/6am opening shifts at my own local coffee shop I appreciate that its probably not the most ideal time to have customer service in consideration but the sheer lack of any manners from this individual is appalling. Maybe a quick refresher course in "Good morning, please and thank you" wouldn't go a miss. Wont be back.

Just back from Clements at Queens Uni, bought 2 cappuccinos, 1 americano, apple juice and huge cookie; when I went to grab 2 paper cups for the juice the girl serving said they were 15p each, I said are you joking...she said no, I said they're for the juice, she said you have to pay 15p, I asked did I have to pay for the straw for the juice, she said no but I would have to pay for paper cups. She offed me glasses for the juice, but I was sitting with family outside the restaurant doors so no glass allowed...so back to paper cups..I'm not paying! You suck! Adam

Just awful. Went to the shop and it was fairly full. Only two staff on service extremely slow. Ordered a club sandwich at £4 only to find it was a pre made job that was very soggy with lettuce I wouldn't feed to the goats. The couple on The table next to us left as they waited over ten minutes without even being served. We probably should have done the same after the first three things my fiancé ordered we were told sorry we don't have have them. What ever happened to a coffee shop that made sandwiches fresh!!!!!
