Clever Piggy'S Tuition

Here are some details to answer any questions about the PRE-EASTER TRANSFER PREPARATION CLASSES ......⬇️⬇️
1️⃣ What do we learn❓
We cover facts, figures, spellings, formulas and rules your child needs to know by heart for the transfer exams. We also practice using this knowledge for exam type questions. Each child will build up a revision folder over the 6 weeks.
... 2️⃣ What can I expect ❓
You can expect a boost in your child's skills, abilities and confidence. You will also receive support and tips along the way from me to help with learning at home.
3️⃣ Class details ❓
PRE-EASTER PREP CLASSES begin Saturday 23rd March which is the perfect time to get ready for all those practice papers in school after the Easter holidays! Classes run every Saturday (from 10am) for 6 weeks and lasts an hour. Small groups, 3-4 pupils max. £15 per session.

📝 Suitable for all current P6 pupils wishing to sit the transfer test in 2019.
... 📝 These classes will last for 6 weeks and are the second of our three stages of preparation classes.
📝 This 6 week course will focus on specific exam style questions to prepare pupils for practice papers due to start in most primary schools after Easter.
📝 These classes will help boost confidence and to develop knowledge and understanding of the exam content itself.

We are now into our fourth week of summer transfer camp at Clever Piggy's 🙈 of all our classes so far this year, this one really has went in the quickest!
▪️I've had a few concerns from transfer parents this week that they're finding their child is becoming complacent with their home practice papers and making 'silly mistakes'. ▪️With less than three weeks left of their summer holidays I find sometimes children can get a bit fed up or feel hard done by - it's their time off ...after all and as far as they're concerned they've had very little "time off" 😢😂
➡️So I would suggest to parents at this stage maybe to cut it back a little as such.✂️ ✅Maybe try some compromise and agree to doing half a paper at a set time, etc.🤝 ✅Therefore they too feel like they've some say on how much they are doing. (This also works both ways, "but you said that you would do this now and this is what we both agreed on...😉")
You may just find that less quantity = more quality 😁
