Our services are provided to homeowners / buyers, tenants, landlords, architects, and estate agents who require an easy to understand but detailed report on the problems affecting a particular property. The report will also include the most cost effective solution. As we are not contractors we have no financial incentive to recommend any course of action other than that which best serves the clients interests. Our fees start from as little as £205. 00 for a full damp survey & report. The reports are fully illustrated with photographs for your convenience, and you will usually receive your report in 1 - 2 working days. We are independent members of the P. C. A (Property Care Association) are fully qualified to C. S. R. T & C. S. S. W level, with over 30 years varied experience within the construction industry. We carry full professional indemnity and public liability insurances. for your peace of mind.
