We now have various sizes of dog crates in stock to suit all sizes of dogs. These can be used in your car to comply with the law and keep your pet restrained or at home to create a safe place which might help with firework stress, or to help keep mischievous pups from chewing things they shouldnt when you leave them alone. PLEASE NOTE We do not recommend using crates for excessive periods of time and would recommend introducing the crate as a positive thing to prevent issues. A dog needs regular exercise and access to space to move and play and do normal doggy things. They will be less likely to bark, whine or be destructive in the crate if it is introduced as a positive thing.

Lovely Murphy, who was in with me to get a bath and brush out, is looking for his forever home. He is a lovely well mannered and behaved boy, who doesn't seem phased by much. He even casually met my cat, Mosley. If you think you have the perfect home for Murphy, please contact the BARN Animal Rescue directly.

The barn would like to thank Amanda for the fantastic donation of £170 raised during an event she had at Cloud K9 on Sunday. Every penny will go to our kennel complex fund to allow it to be finished before the onset of winter. Thank you all for donating and thank you Amanda for your hard work.

Our new Doodlebone coats even fit large breeds. This is our orange and green reversible puffer coat being modelled. It will make your pup more visible with the dark nights aswell.

We managed to raise £170 on our charity grooming day to help the BARN Animal Rescue on Sunday, but they still have a long way to cover the £10,000 they need to complete their kennel block in time for the winter. If you can help contribute to this, no matter how little, it would be greatly appreciated. There is a link to their go fund me page in thier post where you can donate towards this.

We popped in on Tuesday morning to get some advice on what to feed our new puppy. The lady clearly knew her stuff and was able to advise us on the best food for our dog and explained how we work out the amounts he should be given. It’s so nice to go into a shop were they are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their field.

Once our puppy decides on his food we will be back to bulk buy as you clearly showed how it saves a lot of money.

She rang to keep me updated on progress when he was rather stressed. Amanda is prepared to bring him back in a few months for a slightly longer appointment to gain his trust going forward. Would highly recommend.

At last we have found a groomer who will trim our dogs the way we want. She did a fabulous job on our two poms who are spoilt little fusspots so it cant have been easy. Beau hates his back end being touched and Peanut hates bath and brush but this lady was patient but firm when needed. Great job. We will be back.
