Would never use again. They promised us the world and then when they had our money they couldn’t care less. They have turned what was meant to be a birthday gift for my mother into a situation where they are nervous to be going.

Booked a city break to Berlin for November received a phone call yesterday to say our flights have been cancelled and that will have to change our dates of travel all fine but the catch we have to pay out for something that isnt our fault a good deal is sometimes to good to be true and that's exactly what this holiday was... poor customer service made no effort to help us we got a suggestion to fly from Dublin which isn't suitable and to top it off was told we could be waiting up to 4 weeks for a refund. Will never book with club world travel again they've no interest in really helping there customers they get your money and then want more !
