Delighted with the following email received last week from a planning official in Fermanagh. The email correspondence related to scheme designed by Frank O'Kane from OJQ Architecture to tastefully connect a small rural dwelling and rear out house to create a large bespoke family dwelling with new access lane to road. The application submitted 15/10/14 and approved four weeks later 20/11/14. Sailed through the rigid planning process without even a hint of an issue or concern from The Department.
