Was in today with my friend for a meal it was lovely . The fella that served is dee was absolutely lovely and was really kind and friendly he talked to us for ages and make us feel very welcome

Really enjoy going to coach for a meal and it's always been excellent have recommended to friends and family

Just a quick note to congratulate the Coach on their complete professional approach to their work. My son and daughter now go to your premises on a regular basis, where in the past due to previous owners reputations they would not have. They feel safe right from the first contact with door staff right through to the bar staff etc. I'm even thinking about going myself lol!! Well done all the staff at the Coach.

Booked vip for my friends 21st birthday last night, we travelled from belfast down and was definetely worth it, will definetely be back again :D Service was brillant and berg had that place pumpin definetely one of the best nights out ,than yous for a superb night out <3

Hit or miss on a night out.. I loved st.trinians last year but didn't go this year because I knew it would be way too packed, it's wild how many people are allowed in here! I went to basshunter and it seriously put me off going back at all, literally pushing and shoving wherever I went bars okay.. Just need to let less wein's in and maybe it wouldn't be as full

I lost my boyfriend in the crowds on the way out ran into see if he was at the loo and your bouncers refused to let me past despite being on my own and people fighting at the door. Then the coach bus we paid for fucked off due to Hilltown and Warrenpoint ones fighting. We paid for the bus on the way down and it didn't show. We were waiting from 1.35am for it!! What a joke left out in the freezing temperatures until 3.30 when we finally organised a lift home to newry. Whole night was a joke!

Out for a meal with a party of 10. Food ok....i had cock n bull...the burger was so dry but the rest was fine. Other members of the group enjoyed their meal. Service however was shockingly bad and ruined our evening. 3 of the group ordered desert...the chocolate fudge cake. Having waited a good 20 minutes just to see the desert menu, it was another 25 minutes before some desert arrived..not ours though. Waiting another 10 minutes 2 out of 3 deserts arrived. The third one was another 10 minutes!

As we had been in the bar for 3 hours prior to our meal drinking cocktails, the table was very crouded with dirty glasses etc. When my friend asked the girl to clear the table, she actually rolled her eyes!! Everything was too much trouble for this member of staff and she made sure we knew it! This experience was in stark contrast to the night before when i was out with a different group of friends at the Downshire and had a beautiful meal and the staff were attentive and friendly and the chef even made up a huge tray of yorkshire pudding to accompany our meal and they werent even on the menu!

Lesson learned...wont be back to the Coach...will choose the Downshire every time!!

Absolutely disgrace the way paying customers wore treated by the door staff absolute disgrace look at the cctv and see their was no visablen SIA licence on public display by their door staff!!think they are bullies seriously injuring innocent party goers on a Saturday night! Absolute dump full of underage children as well maybe the PSNI should

Focus more on dealing with the underage acceptance of ID and sort this

Absolute joke from the door onwards, double checked for id when im 19 even though when i got in i walked past 15 year olds from my town, the entire place was far too full and crowded, drugs running wild in the toilets, 1 bouncer for a smoking area filled with around 300 people and far too little bar staff on to host an event like last night. Seriously needs sorted out the staff ratio was completely up the left and too many young ones who shouldnt have been allowed in for being so drunk. Will not be back again. Was actually hoping the police would raid the place.

Booked vip for my friends 21st birthday last night, we travelled from belfast down and was definetely worth it, will definetely be back again :D Service was brillant and berg had that place pumpin definetely one of the best nights out ,than yous for a superb night out <3

Hit or miss on a night out.. I loved st.trinians last year but didn't go this year because I knew it would be way too packed, it's wild how many people are allowed in here! I went to basshunter and it seriously put me off going back at all, literally pushing and shoving wherever I went bars okay.. Just need to let less wein's in and maybe it wouldn't be as full

Very disappointed with the rudeness and service of certain bar staff last night!! Service with a smile wouldn't kill anyone!!

Had a lovely meal & staff are lovely but it was so cold myself & my daughter had to eat with our coat on. This happened before but I had hoped with the refurb the heating would have been on!

I had a terrible meal and the service was not good. I would have complained about my meal if the staff had asked us if everything was ok but we rarely saw them. Extremely slow service, no cutlery when food brought out, no glasses for water and the food was not worth the long wait. Won't be back.

Burger was that dry and hard you couldn't cut it never mind chew it service was slow and unhelpful

Bring the unreal nights of the past. We need bangin DJ's not mild celebrities and sex crazed themed nights. The coach was buzzin, filled to the doors years ago. You guys are missing out on a big market that was already there in the first place, I don't think its gonna last too long if you don't start bringing in the beats again. That's what REAL clubbers want.... Sorry but this is just my opinion.

Yous need to really seriously change the music. Would love to see big trance names back again. Instead of robbing people to see shitty DJs. Terrible ya have to travel to Kelly's to have a good night out!!!

Won't be back!! First and last time at the coach. I lost my boyfriend in the crowds on the way out ran into see if he was at the loo and your bouncers refused to let me past despite being on my own and people fighting at the door. Then the coach bus we paid for fucked off due to Hilltown and Warrenpoint ones fighting. We paid for the bus on the way down and it didn't show. We were waiting from 1.35am for it!! What a joke left out in the freezing temperatures until 3.30 when we finally organised a lift home to newry. Whole night was a joke!

Out for a meal with a party of 10. Food ok....i had cock n bull...the burger was so dry but the rest was fine. Other members of the group enjoyed their meal. Service however was shockingly bad and ruined our evening. 3 of the group ordered desert...the chocolate fudge cake. Having waited a good 20 minutes just to see the desert menu, it was another 25 minutes before some desert arrived..not ours though. Waiting another 10 minutes 2 out of 3 deserts arrived. The third one was another 10 minutes!

As we had been in the bar for 3 hours prior to our meal drinking cocktails, the table was very crouded with dirty glasses etc. When my friend asked the girl to clear the table, she actually rolled her eyes!! Everything was too much trouble for this member of staff and she made sure we knew it! This experience was in stark contrast to the night before when i was out with a different group of friends at the Downshire and had a beautiful meal and the staff were attentive and friendly and the chef even made up a huge tray of yorkshire pudding to accompany our meal and they werent even on the menu!

Lesson learned...wont be back to the Coach...will choose the Downshire every time!!

Absolutely disgrace the way paying customers wore treated by the door staff absolute disgrace look at the cctv and see their was no visablen SIA licence on public display by their door staff!!think they are bullies seriously injuring innocent party goers on a Saturday night! Absolute dump full of underage children as well maybe the PSNI should

Focus more on dealing with the underage acceptance of ID and sort this

Absolute joke from the door onwards, double checked for id when im 19 even though when i got in i walked past 15 year olds from my town, the entire place was far too full and crowded, drugs running wild in the toilets, 1 bouncer for a smoking area filled with around 300 people and far too little bar staff on to host an event like last night. Seriously needs sorted out the staff ratio was completely up the left and too many young ones who shouldnt have been allowed in for being so drunk. Will not be back again. Was actually hoping the police would raid the place.
