Whether you are old or young, new to martial arts and fitness training or you simply want a new challenge, you will be inspired to reach your goals in a safe, friendly environment.

You do not need to be super fit to get involved. We cater for every shape, size and experience. There are no complex gym machines to confuse you. No big egos or attitudes to contend with - just well structured classes taught by expert instructors who make sure that the emphasis is placed on learning whilst having fun.

Whether you are 5 or 65, there is no better way to learn new skills - and boost your mind, body and spirit.
The World Ju-Jitsu Federation is open to all those willing to learn.
