At C. A. UK Windsor we teach Ju-Jitsu, ground fighting and kickboxing. Your instructor is Alun Freeman. Alun is a black belt 4th Dan in the Martial Art of Ju-Jitsu and a former 3 times National Open Champion, CIMAC Super League Overall Grand Champion and WUMA world bronze medallist in the sport of kickboxing. We have been training at Clewer for 14 years and have had great success in helping students of all ages reach the grade of blank belt and beyond. . We have a friendly club atmosphere and welcome beginners all year round. So whether you'd like to study and grade in a traditional Martial Art or learn a highly effective self defence system, why not come along and see us?
Our classes are held on Friday evening at the Clewer Youth and Community Centre, 39A Parsonage Lane, Windsor, SL4 5EW. Juniors (5 to 11 years) run from 7pm - 8pm, adults (12 years + ) 8pm - 9pm.
