Community Intercultural Programme Description
CIP is a community based group composed of representatives from culturally and linguistically diverse communities. The group offers a range of services to the ethnic communities, who have chosen to reside in the Craigavon area. CIP aims to establish an information and knowledge network which will contribute to building an equitable society which respects difference and celebrates diversity.

Our information sessions will be available in Keady next week, with Bulgarian and Lithuanian advisors in attendance.
Over the past few days people from diverse language groups attended information sessions at the CIP Centre which focused on employment rights and the EU Settlement Scheme. Some workers expressed concerns regards breaches in their rights. Many others made appointments with CIP bilingual staff tasked with supporting migrants in making application to the EU Settlement Scheme.
Our Brexit and employment rights session are this Wednesday & Thursday in the various language groups. Please spread the word.

Available in 4 languages over 2 days, additional sessions in other languages will be available soon.
CIP is delighted to be a member of the Stronger Together Consortium tasked with delivering the EU settlement programme
CIP staff undergoing OISC level 1 training to deliver a EU Resettlement programme which involves partner organisations who are members of the STEP Stronger Together Consortium. CIP will be providing information sessions and one-to-one client support over incoming weeks.

Today we said farewell to the lovely Esther, who has been our resident housekeeper (but in reality was much much more) for over 4 years at both CIP and @OasisYouthNI buildings. We wish her well as takes up a new and exciting opportunity in the coming weeks.
