Community Space Initiative is an urban regeneration project which aims to utilise vacant space for the benefit of local communities and organisations. We currently have a vacant 80, 000 square foot building which will be utilised for a range of community activities between January and May 2017. These activities may include (but are not necessarily limited to the following):

1. Art Gallery accommodation
2. Sports venue hire
3. Weekend table top sales
4. Monthly Saturday markets
5. Antiques roadshow & market
6. Music festivals
7. Friday night experience events
8. Toy & Collectibles fair
9. Gospel concert /revival
10. Skateboarding park
11. Paintball challenge park
12. Indoor Karting Grand Prix
13. Car shows
