Cooking At The Cottage

I run a selection of cookery demonstrations over four evenings (one a week for four weeks). Come and eat the food no cooking required. Great night's fun!

Nothing gives me more pleasure than sitting down to eat with my family or friends.

I am particularly passionate about families eating together but we all juggle many commitments and at the end of a long day, creating home cooked meals may feel like a real chore. Even those of us who enjoy cooking can get bored with making the same dishes over and over again.

The idea behind 'Cooking at the Cottage' is to share a selection of recipes so that even the most time starved can rustle up a great, wholesome family meal or celebration dish with minimum effort and without breaking the bank!

I look forward to welcoming you to my kitchen to enjoy the craic, watch the demonstration, eat the end result and take the recipe home!

The dishes I demonstrate will be straightforward and ones that you can easily recreate at home. No great culinary expertise is needed!
If you're an established cook you will hopefully be inspired to try these new dishes and revitalize your recipe book.

The evening demonstrations are held at my home, The Old Post Office in Ballyeaston Village.
Come along at 7. 30pm, take a seat in the kitchen and enjoy a drink while I cook in front of you. We'll then share the food together and finish around 9-9. 30pm
