Although contacting a counsellor can be a daunting task, I believe that the unique relationship which develops can be a crucial factor for healing and change to take place.
I can help you to explore, express and understand whatever thoughts, feelings and behaviours you have safely, in a neutral and non-judgemental environment.
How do we start
In the first meeting we will see if we can work together. It is very important that you choose the right counsellor for your needs and there is no obligation to continue after the 1st session. I will discuss your situation with you and explain the way I work. If you do want to continue I generally offer 6 initial sessions followed by a review.
Therapies offered
I offer a professional Integrative approach of Psychotherapy & Counselling. I draw on various therapeutic methods such as CBT, inner child processes and self acceptance skills to improve your relationship to yourself and to meet individual requirements.
Qualifications and Experience.
I am a fully qualified counsellor and have experience working with professionals and people from all walks of life in various settings. I am a member of BACP and abide by their code of ethics.
