... Role: Graduate QA Analyst (Coleraine Office)
Responsibilities: Participate in requirements analysis to allow for Quality Assurance estimations for software development projects. Create test cases/scripts/sample data based on requirements. Set up and execute tests on developed software and record evidence. Raise defects with appropriate amount of details. Perform security testing of developed software. Explain the tests executed, data used, the results and defects to the software development team. Provide constant communication and follow-ups with project leaders to track deliverables during test planning and execution phases where applicable. Ensure tasks/deliverables are completed within schedule constraints. Escalate issues to Team Lead as appropriate. Clear and detailed documentation of work undertaken. Adherence to the company's documented Quality Assurance procedures. Contribute to the continued development and ongoing maintenance of a comprehensive company test pack which can be used by other QA Team staff. Understand/develop an understanding of and adhere to all Information Security and Quality Management best practises as implemented by the company and referenced in ISO:27001 and ISO:9001 respectively.
Qualifications: Essential Higher level education in Computing or a Software Testing related discipline, with an award/expected award of at least 2:1 or equivalent.
Desirable ISTQB Foundation Level
Skills: Ability to communicate effectively at all levels using a variety of media. An effective, willing and enthusiastic team player. Self-motivated with the ability to act on own initiative. Methodological and logical approach to work and an eye for detail. Good planning and organisational skills.

Investigate, analyse and document reported issues. Production and maintenance of high quality technical documentation. Understand/develop an understanding of and adhere to all Information Security and Quality management best practices as implemented by the company and referenced in ISO:27001 and ISO:9001 respectively.
