I have exercised my whole life. . . from the age of 7 playing football up untill the age of 21 when I had an operation on my chest due to my chest collapsing while playing football ( an inch of every rib bone in my body was cut off to try and put my body into its proper shape ) the operation this my inspiration to get in to weight training and work in different gyms such as La Fitness, Fitness First and Go Figure to name a few, I have been training consistently over the years as I love it!
