Below are a few FAQs providing you with some info before ordering. Please take the time to read.

WHAT ARE THE PRICES FOR CARDS?

This depends on the design of card you require and the postage cost.
Free postage in the UK.
Please send a message if you require any help.

Once payment has been received, the design will be started and completed to your specification.
Pictures will be sent to you, to ensure you're happy with the design before posting.

CAN I GET DISCOUNT FOR BUYING MORE THAN 1 CARD?

If you're buying multiple cards, all being posted together to the same address, we can discuss waving postage costs for the other cards.

WHAT DETAILS DO YOU NEED?

If you're wanting a personalised card (no extra cost) we will require the Name, Age, Address and Interests of the person who will be receiving the card.

WHAT TYPE OF CARD IS USED?

For card making, we use a different variety of cards, from plain paper to 300gsm card. Most cards are using 160gsm card. Printed designs are cut from 260gsm matt card.

WHAT ARE THE SIZES ARE THE CARDS?

X The box card measures 6 x 6 inches when flattened and an envelope of this size will be provided.

X The Push and Pull card measures 6 x 4 inches and an envelope of this size will be provided.

X Simple card can be any size you require (within reason) and will also have an envelope provided.


HOW MUCH ARE THE FRAMES?

This depends on the size and design.

8 by 20 inch frame is £25. This includes recorded /signed postage.

7 x 7 inch frame is £15. This includes recorded /signed postage.

8 x 6 inch frame is £15. This includes recorded /signed postage.

More frame sizes will be added at a later date.

HOW MUCH ARE THE BABY INVITES?

This depends on the size and design. PM for more info.

4 x 6 inch invites are £1 each + £3. 80 postage. All designs will be personalised to your specification after payment has been received.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?

Cards and Frames will be posted first class a week before they are needed to ensure they arrive by the date required. If you require anything posted quickly, please inform us when placing your order.

X Orders should be placed 3 weeks in advance if possible, but we are happy to receive orders months in advance. Payment will be required before the design is started.

HOW CAN I SEND PAYMENT?

Payments are to be sent via Paypal.

WHERE WILL MY ITEM BE SENT?

We will confirm the address before sending any item.

REFUNDS

If your item is damaged upon delivery, please get in touch and we can arrange to make the item again, or a refund can be carried out. A refund will only be issued once proof of the damaged item is provided, and if required, the item is returned to us.
