Crafting Your Soul workshops create a welcoming, nurturing environment for creative expression using collage and art in various different media. In an atmosphere of respect, acceptance and healing, you can feel free to journey within, bringing back treasure to share.
Each workshop begins with time to pause and reflect, through guided visualisation, write down your thoughts before getting visual. No artistic experience is necessary. Each workshop has a theme and you will have a beautiful piece of your own artwork to bring home as a touchstone on your continued journey of self discovery.
