I went into Craftworld in Belfast on Monday and I was a bit lost as to what I needed. However, the staff were so helpful and friendly that I went out a happy lady. Lovely shopping experience!

User

I was in the shone today and the staff were very helpful and i will difficult be back again at some point

User

I love this shop! So much to choose from. Not just the things I need but lots of inspiration too! Happily the staff are always on hand to give advice. You just don't get that on the internet!

User

I love the staff and everything about this place! They definitely know their job, always smiling and really helpful. One of my favourite shops in Belfast!

User

I absolutely love Craaftworld. I have been shopping in it for years and love all the products. They stock everything from card making to paints. They always have what I am looking for and customer service is great too.

User

Great products, I can normally find what I need at prices rivalling online, and if it ever is a little more expensive it's usually worth it to get the quality I want (and card that isn't bashed on the corners!) - most importantly the customer service is second to none.

User

Craftworld has to be one off the store's I love to go to when in town, both my sister &me can't pass it were in their every week &such a lovely bunch of staff always chatty &friendly they really give 100% costomer service :-) I will always shop here for my crafts &friendly advice. I've learned a lot about different crafts because of all the staff. Well done girls I not only know how to knit now I have mastered few other crafts because of you all Thank you so much :-) xx

User

Brilliant day with Ruth today Her demos are brilliant .Looking forward to next one Craftworld.Just give me more time to get more money saved after buying what I did today lol.Well worth it .Also thanks to Gail and all the staff who are very friendly and helpful.

User

A huge thank you to Craftworld (Especially Rachael and Ashleigh) for helping me purchase 50 baskets, cling wrap and ribbon for Oxfam Ireland shops fair trade Christmas Hampers. The service was amazing, and the items great quality. Would definitely recommend Craftworld to anyone looking great service and great quality. Also anyone who says that online is cheaper I can assure that in this instance in store was 80% cheaper than online!

User

Very poor customer service. I went in today to buy card for my wedding table numbers and couldn't find any A5 size so picked up A4 and asked the girl at the till could they cut it, she simply said 'no.' I asked did they sell A5 and she said 'no that would be too easy.' If you don't stock basic A5 card, the least you could do is cut 8 sheets! I am sure you have a guillotine. Will shop elsewhere or online in future!

User

Staff are useless, asked 2 different members if they could show me where something was and they both said 'over there' they where too busy changing the shop around to even bother.

User

Since the shop was revamped..... It is awful! ...there is less stock ... I am finding it harder and harder to get what I need ... and they stopped doing the dolls house furniture about a year ago too..... definitely gone down hill... and so much more expensive than online! ... I only use in emergencies now :(

User

Defiantly not the same stock as it used to have and some items are way too pricey! Especially the paper pads! I can think of 3 shops off the top of my head that the paper pads are cheaper and more range too and arnt online! I was disappointed in the choice of stamps too. It is however good for getting polystyrene shapes as sometimes some things are better bought in person as you can see what your getting And the perler/hama type beads 99p a bag if you can get the colors. Personally myself I will try any crafts if I have the stuff or can afford to try it, but I'm mainly a card maker and honestly I haven't shopped in Craft world for maybe 2 years due to the prices and not being able to find what I want. However I'm glad its there as there arnt enough craft shops in Belfast.

User

The most dismal attempt at a craft shop. Expensive. And limited stock. Largest range of art and craft. I don't think so. I could have sold them glitter from my supplies. I went to buy a 32oz bottle of mod podge and was quoted 32 pounds. That's 1 pound for 1oz. And yet an 8 oz bottle cost 4.75,so 59p an oz. I questioned it, and got the shoulder shrug,. Never ever will I step foot in your shop again.

User

Staff unhelpful. Just kept directing me around the shop. If they had ventured out from behind the counter they could have helped me find the item I needed. Plenty of staff so no excuse. Left without buying anything and won't be back. Wasted trip into town.
