One of our casualties from Storm Brendan. Sad to lose this tree, it was a beautiful scotch pine. Bit of a clean up going on on-site today thanks to Team 5.
A successful weekend of climbing, abseil and zip line permits for Crawfordsburn staff and wardens. π§βοΈ
We were lucky enough to have some photos sent to us recently. Can anyone spy any familiar faces?
An old photo of Trinity College Mission Scouts and another of them hard at work here at Crawfordsburn. They are helping to build a bridge to allow access to another field in the campsite in preparation for a visit from the then Chief Scout Lord Rowallan to celebrate the 50th anniversary of scouting in 1957.
Does anyone else have any old photos or memories of scouting at Crawfordsb...urn? We would love to see and hear them!
A big thank you to Jane for sending these our way.
