“Thanks so much to the News Letter for promoting the work of Cruse Bereavement Care NI. If you’re struggling with grief (or know someone who is) then I’d definitely recommend you reach out to Cruse, regardless of whether your loss has been recent or a long time ago. Even if one-on-one counselling isn’t for you, they offer group support, as well as a helpline and specific services for children and young people. Don’t suffer in silence”

Fantastic Heart of Living and Dying event today with the Ballybogey Over Fifties Group. Thank you to Alma (pictured with Eleanor from Cruse and Amanda, Gwyneth, Claire and Andrea from the Northern Health and Social Care Trust) and Annette for inviting us along. It was great to hear so many stories and conversations around the room. It is so important to start a conversation about what’s important to you in your living and dying!
