i came across the advert on facebook and thought to give it a try not really knowing much about it. I had suffered a shoulder injury a few months ago through repetitive movement from keeping a very lively cocker spaniel dog from jumping into the front of the car whilst driving. at the time i couldnt find a dog guard for a mini cooper. Pain got progressively worse, and i thought give this a go. Met Suzi and told her my problem - she knew instantly what was wrong - an impinged shoulder. Feeling reassured had a treatment which was cooling and i could feel it working almost immediately. i had a second treatment and the pain is almost gone. i would have no hesitation in recommending Suzi and this treatment. im a convert. Thank you Suzi.

Thanks so much Suzi for your competition that i won and was able to treat my daughter along with myself. It was great we could have whatever treatment we wanted my daughter went for treatment on her shoulder which she has been having stiffness and pain in for quite a while it has certainly helped after one session and she is going to go back for another treatment, myself i had the facial which i thoroughly enjoyed as i am having ongoing health issues, my face felt refreshed, firmer and actually gave me a glow and Suzi was so kind and gave me treatment on my shoulder and neck which i have a lot of damage to. Non Surgical treatments that really work .. :)

I suffer chronic pain and fatigue, mainly due to fibromyalgia. Had a chat with Suzanne and decided to try cryotherapy to see if this would help. I’ve just had my 3rd treatment and beginning to feel the pain ease and energy levels have started to rise, early days but definitely feel the treatment is working and looking forward to next visit. I was rather nervous on first visit but Suzanne put me completely at ease, lovely girl. Treatment is painless which is good aswell. Thoroughly recommend

I have suffered with a frozen shoulder from last Christmas, received injections from my doctor and have been attending physio for a long time!! Nothing has really helped. I saw Suzi's page on Facebook and contacted her, such a warm, friendly, genuine person who put me at ease straight away. I have just finished my 3rd treatment and feel like a new person. Am able to sleep, have had no pain relief in 2 weeks and my physio couldn't believe how my range of movement has improved. I highly recommend this treatment to anyone suffering in pain. I have suffered from sinus infections for years. The facial opened up my sinuses so much clearing my head! Won't be needing antibiotics next time I have a sinus infection

I have had a trapped nerve in my neck for several months, which was causing pins and needles and loss of strength in my arms. The Doctor referred me to a Physio, but results were very slow so as I work with Suzi's husband I was aware of this therapy and asked to try one session. It was amazingly effective and I was pain free for over a week. My Physio, who saw me shortly after that, was amazed that the vertebrae in my neck appeared to be working perfectly. After the 2nd session it improved again and having had a 3rd session to alleviate tension across my shoulders the neck is pain free, the pins and needles have stopped and the strength is returning to my hands so Thank you Suzi!! Brilliant treatment and fabulous results.

I have been suffering with a sore shoulder for around 2 years now and have tried massage, physio, acupuncture and dry needling therapy. Apart from them all being incredibly painful (and therefore putting me off going) there has been no long term relief. After chatting to Suzie, she suggested trying Cryotherapy (I was actually there for a facial!) I have now had 3 sessions on my shoulder and I can't believe that I have waited this long to discover the benefits of this style of treatment. Even after the first session the usual niggles felt 'lighter'. The constant burning pain in my muscle that I had every day within 20 mins of getting up each morning has gone. I can now lift my arm up without feeling like something is going to snap! I can not recommend this enough to anyone that has any niggles. It was so relaxing and totally pain free! Suzie is very knowledgable and makes you feel totally at ease about what she is doing. And if you have time...get a facial too...they are ACE!!

I am delighted to recommend this treatment. I had been having trouble with an inflamed minor meniscus in my left knee for over 8 months, and had begun to suffer constant pain, and reduced mobility in the knee. My doctor prescribed an analgesic gel, but it was having little effect on the pain. My daughter told me about the chryotherapy, but I was very sceptical at first. After a particularly bad weekend with severe pain, my daughter arranged for me to have a few sessions of the treatment with Suzi.



I limped into the treatment room for the first appointment and was amazed at the improvement after one session. There was no pain, and I could bend the knee quite normally, and walked out of the treatment room without the limp. Afterwards, I was almost pain free for over a week, so had a second session, which remove most of the residual pain, and then a final session 2 weeks later. I have been able to resume my normal fitness routines and have remained largely pain free since.

Have had a few treatments now on a shoulder with very limited mobility and have really noticed a difference. Also had a facial which had the bonus of helping with sinus issues that I have had for at least a year. Highly recommended.

Had painful shoulder was due to have surgery but thought I’d try a course & im now pain free & the surgery is cancelled

Amazing difference after just one 15 min session on a very sore shoulder. Before treatment had pain in shoulder and neck, loss of strength in arm, pins and needles in hand from a old Shoulder Sublaxation injury. After 15mins treatment I noticed at least 70% overall improvement within a few hours. Highly recommended! You have to try it to believe the results!!
