Yesterday, we welcomed some of the good folks from the Access Employment Limited - Hands on Training Programme to the hotel for a Work Tour of the premises.
Glenn Mann, our Sales & Marketing Manager spent the morning with the team giving them an access all areas tour of the building and an insight in to the running of the hotel.
Owner, Brian McRandal joined them at the end to answer some of the more difficult questions.
... It was an absolute pleasure to get involved with the team and learn more about the good work done by AEL!

Our current recommended Gin serving comes from Silver Spear Gin.
Silver Spear Gin is a marriage of 13 different citrus, herbs and spices. Produced by hand in small batches at Ballydarton House in Carlow, Ireland. Silver Spear was voted ‘Best Contemporary Irish Gin’ at the world gin awards in London in February of this year.
Quite simply served with fresh Strawberries, a squeezed Lime wedge and Fever Tree Tonic.
