Currys in Ballymena....we where buying a laptop for our daughter. Got a guy to serve us his name was Stephfan....very helpful young guy..explained everything to our daughter....he was very knowledgeable . Would recommend him to anyone needing to buy a laptop....😁

Called into Ballymena store to try and get a problem sorted with my Samsung which I bought in Curry's Glasgow Airport over 2 years ago. Visited the Know How desk and Amy & David were absolutely fantastic!! I can't praise their knowledge or customer service enough. Over a period of about 1.5 hours they never lost their smiles or patience and managed to find a fix for my problem. Only problem is....I can't find a contact email address to let the head office or even the local manager of the store know of my comments. Any way.. well done Amy & David.

Marcus the young man that served me was excellent. I bought a Samsung galaxy tab A. I've been considering buying it for ages but couldn't deside. Marcus gave me all the information answered all my questions and wasn't pushy and I was very impressed. I'm a retail manager in Ballymena and value the great team I have. Great help when we actually got Sarah! Only one members of staff available who knew anything about TV's so had to wait until Sarah finished her lunch! But worth waiting for as she was able to advise and explain her stock! Top marks to her.

Some of the team are fantastic and I make a point of seaking them out when I visit. Store has had a face-lift recently and it looks a lot cleaner and brighter than it used to. Still a bit small - think they could do with a relocate to allow them to offer a better range of products in store.

Shopping for a printer and all three I looked at were out of stock. Not much use

I was in the Ballymena store and asked to see vacuum cleaner. The assistant told me they were in a box and she couldn't show it to me.

Firstly - the place doesn't feature a Carphone Warehouse so the description is very misleading. Staff slow, unhelpful and extremely unfriendly. I was in twice in just over a week - DVD players were covered in dust on the first visit so a drew a shape one in - my drawing was still there 9 days later. I hate ordering stuff online but experiences like this make online more appealing!

This shop offers next to no variety, with only the most expensive products on offer. And the staff trying to rip you off whenever possible doesn't help.

The only thing I'd buy from here is a laptop as everything else, including their useless and expensive cables and overpriced low performance computers, is not worth it.

Another point worthy of bringing up is the staff, trained to sell you every possible extra they can including their insurance and antivirus at £20 above the usual price. The staff also have an extreme lack of knowledge about computers and technology, with the average consumer seeming to know more than the people with "know how" badges on their clothing.

Typical Currys. Friendly staff ready to sell you insurance and antivirus to every item you bought. Often some problems with counters. When busy you may wait a long time before someone will come and ask how can I help. Good online services.
