Just out of Curry's Forestside. I was looking for a water filter for a steam iron. They don't stock them BUT the gent I spoke with was very very helpful giving me very good advice about the iron and how to test it is to see if it needs a new filter or is actually broken.
So no purchase made but extremely pleased with the level of knowledge, service and interest. Full marks and thank you. I will call again soon.

My daughter bought a notebook from them and when she got it home she realised that she didn't know how to activate the Microsoft Windows and cloud storage they had sold her. We went back this evening to try and get some assistance and were informed by a rather rude tattooed lady that this was a chargeable service. The girl who had originally sold her the device appeared and said she would "run us through it" but the other lady butted in and insisted that it would cost £35 for any assistance. Having already spent over £200 we declined their offer and took it to my nephew who did it for nothing. It took him all of 5 minutes. Over the last few years we have purchased a lot of stuff from Curry's but to be honest after this experience I don't think I would go back.

Not very happy with them. I flew in to Belfast for a study abroad program with my university. I literally went from the airport to PC World because I had to write a paper I was looking for computer for at least 2 to 3 hours. I was being assisted by a gentleman named Paul. Keep in mind this is my first time in Northern Ireland from the USA so I am not familiar with the refund policy. In the USA, you have a certain number of days to return a product if you are unhappy with it. Paul told me if I changed my mind about the computer or if I didn't like it I could bring it back. I returned to the store 6 days later only to be told that was not the case. I feel he took advantage of the fact that I was new to the country and tired from traveling. They basically took my money and lied to me. This is my first and last time purchasing any thing from them. They are clearly more concerned with getting your money than insuring you are a happy customer. Beware!

Plenty of parking, a wide variety of products on offer. Staff are knowledgeable and efficient.

Sometimes staff are really helpful other times they just can't be annoyed to give you any help at all.
