Currys Pc World Featuring Carphone Warehouse

Called to currys today and was served by a wonderful helpful guy called bayley. He was absolutely fantastic! If your calling for anything ask for him. Called for a tv and he sugessted he could hook me up with cheap internet too! Gave me a load of special deals. Great job!

If I could leave zero stars I would! The worst customer service I have experienced anywhere! Lazy salesman who couldn't be bothered to order me a television stand So told me to come back instead while guaranteeing me it would be the same price. Only when I returned it had more than doubled in price but no one could help me... One salesman while serving me walked away halfway through & began to serve someone else while leaving me standing around not knowing what was going on! Shocking way to treat a customer! Take advice and avoid this store & shop elsewhere... I won't be back!! Ps. I'm still waiting on a that call from you Currys but I won't hold my breath!

Bought a TV and had to ring service support. Got put straight through to my cousin Sinerath in Deli. He helped me very quickly fix my problem with my internet. TV still broke but great call with cousin Sinerath. Maybe I will marry her. Will keep update.

I have purchased many items including a PC, high end speakers, 50 inch TV etc. Staff are always on hand to offer advice and assistance, they are always polite and never pushy. Their product knowledge is impressive and practical. I never leave disappointed.

Horrible Place, Horrible Experience, Horrible People! The worst currys store for customer service, they guarantee a delivery date, or In store stock arrival and the product usually arrives 3 weeks after your guaranteed date. The majority of staff aren't trained and can't provide you with information about products they're selling. Allen is the worst manager there could possible be, he could not manage his way out of a paper. He doesn't mange his staff, he is very relaxed and does not take customers, or there complaints seriously. Furthermore Allen and many of his fellow customer service staff find it hilarious to laugh in customers faces. It is worth while reading other reviews before visiting, it wasn't just my experience as you can tell the most rated star is (1)

Besides Allen and his ridiculous staffing structure the carphone warehouse team are less than pathetic. One girl request help from her manager for everything, and doesn't know how to operate any of the computer system. Their manager is useless and not helpful too. Finally Steven is a sarcastic person with an attitude towards customers.

Very poor experience - after an initial good service staff rang me to confirm an item was in back order - when i drove up to pay for the item, I was told they could not place back orders. Very unprofessional if they don't know the systems themselves or lie to customers - will buy elsewhere now.

Unfriendly staff with poor product knowledge for a electronics store. They do t know a lot about the stuff they are selling and are mostly reading from the display cards which i can do myself, I'm looking to we wow'ed by the sales man into buying something not bored to sleep by monotone sales reps that cannot tell me anything unique about the product I am intrested in except what is wrote on the display. Rubbish store.

I am a nerd I LOVE technology great place though there's that one staff I really dislike but other than that AMAZING TECH also did I mention one of my only local place to sell roblox gift cards.
